At Curtains Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for curtains and blinds purchased from our store.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing fault or installation error caused by our team

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made curtains and blinds manufactured as per customer measurements

  • Products approved by the customer before production

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer installation

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

We may offer product exchange if:

  • Wrong item is delivered

  • Product has manufacturing defects

  • Installation error occurred from our side

Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with order details.

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  4. Pickup or inspection will be scheduled if required.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Product cannot be replaced or repaired

  • Order is cancelled before production starts

  • Verified manufacturing defect with no replacement option

Refund timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if production has not started. Once customization or manufacturing begins, cancellation and refund may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours

  • Keep original packaging

  • Provide evidence of damage

Our team will arrange repair, replacement, or refund based on assessment.

Installation-Related Issues

If installation is performed by our team and issues occur due to workmanship, we will provide a free correction or replacement after inspection.
